To research investigates the implications of the right’s education trial, come back to the Human Rights, applied in the technical formation of the official of the Military Police of Mato Grosso (PMMT), as turned out of questionings and reflections about some conducts perpetrated by members of the Institution, in the exercise of the function or outside of her, that affront straightly rights of in agreement, human anyone the inquiries and trials. The general objective was describe the importance of the right’s education trial for acclamation of the Democratic State of Right and for the formation of the Official of the PMMT, administrative agent and commander of police operations carried out by the Institution. The development of the research had like approach of approach the dialectics with orientation phenomenology, founded us studies of Merleau-Ponty and Foucault, whose function is going to try to understand the dimensions of the knowledge of the right education applied in the PMMT, understand the ambiguity that precedes the dimension stuff of be (military police), especially the ineffable and symbolic dimension on the basis of two rights phenomena identified, being an in the operational scope.
